General Announcements
Purcellville Christian Youth Camp (PCYC) 2011
PCYC 2011 is officially over and what a great success, thanks to all the planning and hard work of
so many people. We had 91 campers over the course of the week, a full 1/3 being from the local
community. 23 of our adults were present at the camp one or more days, and many others donated
food, drinks, and money to help out. We were supported by 11 adults and 30 kids from Alabama
and Mississippi. 8 of our families provided housing for these guest workers. Pictures may be
found here.
Members Traveling
It is summer again, and many of our members are traveling. Please remember them in your prayers.

Common Meal: August 14
There will be no July common meal.
Our next monthly common meal will be held on Sunday, August 14.
We will eat immediately following Bible class and then assemble afterwards
for our final worship service of the day.
Gospel Meeting: October 7-9
Our fall Gospel Meeting will be Friday, October 7, through Sunday, October 9. Our former
preacher, Lance Grimsley, will be our speaker. Renee with be joining him.
Please make plans to attend all of these meeting and invite your friends
and family.

We Moved!
We moved into our new facility on Saturday, July 25 and held our first worship
in the new building on Sunday, July 26, 2009!
